T5 took Traveller into some areas that never should have been
investigated, even for the sake of completeness. I understand Marc
Miller's goal with the game, but there were too many anecdotes in what I
read (I think I gave up about half way through, if I even made it that
far before my eyes rolled up and I had to wonder if I was reading a
science/mathematics text or a game) for me to be comfortable saying that
the 3I of T5 was the same 3I of any of the previous versions. It really
read more like the bastard child of 3I and 40k.
