Nope. It's apparently supported on Windows now. From what I've read about
the requirements, it may be a transpiler to C++, and thus needs a C++
"dev-ironment" to back up the Swift devtools.

It's also semi-supported on Android, but you don't get the SwiftUI
components, and you need Kotlin/Java interop components and the Android
NDK, because Swift-for-Android seems to target the Android Linux .so layer.
