For what it's worth, while the HyperCard stacks can't be run directly on
DOS (never mind Windows), if the stacks can be "decomposed" into
card-images-plus-relevant-scripts, they can be "rebuilt" in a DOS program
called "HyperPAD", which can be run on DOSBox under anything. I wouldn't
call it a "port", because the differences between the two were just enough
to require things to be "rewritten" rather than just "edited". Think of it
as trying to 'port' from Apple's implementation of UCSD Pascal (for the
Apple II series, 6502-based) into Delphi, without any "helper" or
"compatibility" libraries/units.
