Yes, however, it cannot be done with _no_ LH2 allocated to jump, as the
capacitors do not power the beam and field generators. The BHHR must
operate to maintain the beams and fields that allow for jump and prevent
the interaction of jump space with matter.
I have not defined how much of the fuel is used by the BHHR to charge the
capacitors initially; this is left to the referee.
