Just after I hit send, I find the reference.
GT: Starships, p112, "Incident-Free Voyage". On a successful Shipmaster
+3 roll, voyage is routine. GM is encouraged to reduce that bonus for
unfavourable circumstances, older ship, new crew, etc.
I read "voyage" as "jump" because that gives the captain more chances to
stuff things up and shenanigans to occur.
