Quite possibly. Some of the Emperors who assassinated their predecessor
lasted a while, most didn't. I'm not claiming that Dulinor's bright idea
was, in fact, a bright idea. Just that he had precedent, and it might
have worked, at least initially in terms of getting him on the throne
with the moot legitimising him. The long term prospects of his actions
were almost certainly bad no matter what, but that's idealists for you.
