Definitely check those, but sometimes it just breaks like that.  Last
week, a group I was in was running an RP scene inside an MMO, using the
game's dice-rolling code, and we couldn't roll over 20 on d100(!) to
save our lives, almost literally.  There were several single-digit rolls
in a row.  That mission was ultimately NOT successful...
