We had a fire while in port undergoing refit, A DC decided to weld
without a fire watch on the other side and started a fire inside sick bay.

I responded as #2 hoseman and we stopped the fire quickly and then my
training as a medic kicked in and I removed the o2 tanks quickly in case
of reflash.

Bosun was impressed.
