I have a hardcopy of WBH, so was able to reread and re-analyse it, which
convinced me of the "secondary" problems I mentioned above. I can't deny
that knowing that system informed my work on the document I posted at the
beginning of this thread, however.

Not only have I looked at it, I was a contributor to it. As I recall, we
started with the DGP system, but couldn't reproduce or describe it because
of the uncertain IP status. I believe that most of 101R's content was
reproduced in one of the MgT1 supplements (I think _Powers and
Principalities_).
