I'm currently running a Traveller game. It's been running, with a couple
of breaks to try other settings and systems, for about 15 years now.

It started out set in the standard TNE starting - the Reformation
Coalition, early 1201, with the PCs a group of freelancers hired to
recover some lost property from out in the wilds (i.e. a ship). It's
gone through a lot of stuff since then, and looks to be becoming a
universe hopping game now. The main change - instead of using
many-multi-million credit spaceships to fly to new worlds and loot them,
they'll use many-many-many-multi-million credit universe hopping gadgets
to walk to new universes and loot them.

We're using GURPS 4e as the rules set.
