I think I can use the adventure at the end, edited down to remove the
political details of the Macguffin. The rest of it, while well-thought out
and well-written, doesn't quite seem to fit anywhere in the magazine (the
strong political content is not the problem; it just seems a bit too 'meta'
relative to Our Game and its setting). It's an interesting discussion,
though, and I'd love to see the idea used as a jumping-off point for a
bunch of articles (for all sections) that I could wrap into a "Darker
Imperium" Theme Issue.
