The Travellers' Aid Society has been a fixture since Traveller's early
days, but they've never really been well-defined. We know that...

* Members can find accommodations at their facilities
* Members get free passages periodically
* The Society publishes notices about worlds that may be hazardous to
  visitors (Amber and Red zones)
* The Society publishes many standardized forms, some of which are treated
  as official by the Imperium or member worlds
* The society publishes the Traveller News Service (though there are some
  who consider 'news' to be a misnomer)

We know very little of its 'character' - are the accommodations at the
barracks/dormitory level, at the "Motel Six" level, at the Waldorf
level,...? What other services do they offer? As a member, what will I
actually _see_ when I walk in to the TAS facilities?
