In relation to Jeff's comment, my copy is also missing those pages. So what other CD collections have missing pages?

Thank you. On inspection of my copy from the CD-ROM, I find I'm missing two other pages - page 19, and either page 16 or page 17; it's the one that's NOT the Green Dragon ad that was done in the original Mac font Chicago.
