Those of you who have been watching for it have undoubtedly guessed by now,
we're late. Very late. A combination of Real Life being a «characterisation
omitted» and some last-minute-or-beyond scrambling to fill space have
combined to put me well behind where I want to be on this issue. If someone
could be so kind as to generate some Bwap material quickly, it'd definitely
help, as this issue is supposed to be a Bwap-themed issue.

That said, don't let that stop you from writing for the next issue
(November/December) as well. There will definitely be my AAR for
TravellerCON/USA, but beyond that, it's wide open. Every section can use
some love, and I do mean _every_ section. Reviews, stories, rules,
background material, new cultures or races, applications of Real Science to
Traveller, et multae ceterae.
