The theme, to match that of TravellerCON/USA (which is happening near the
end of October) is BWAPS. Bwap rules, Bwap characters, Bwap adventures,
Bwap stories, reviews of Bwap-related products, recipes for Bwap cuisine,
Interviews with the Bwap, Portraits of the Bwap as a Young Amphibian,
anything Bwap.

Paul Anuni has already let me know that he will be doing another Quick
Chargen for Bwap Characters (and asked for my help with it), but that's the
only committed Bwap article I have at present, and that's really not enough
to make it a theme issue.

I have some potential Bwap-ish pictures for a cover (tc, I sent you copies
for comment, but haven't heard from you), but I'm not averse to someone
else sending more Bwap pictures.
