I'd say I qualify, given that my Masters Degree was in compiler
optimization.
But as the last decades have been consulting, software pre-sales,
capacity management, incident handling, and upgrading virtual
infrastructure for businesses with strong production controls I'd also
say I'm rusty if you insist on hands-on coding. :-D
