Nothing, per se, but...
I once saw a presentation by the Swedish Name Institute talking about
place names.
They had two place whose original names were identical, but over the
centuries, they changed. One modern form was recognizably close to the
original.
The other, through scibal errors that became "official" by being
written down, was completely unrecognizable. We're talking bizarre
strings of letters that do not normally appear in Swedish at any time
now or past. But there they were, with citations. "qq" is not a letter
sequence one would expect ever in a name, but there it was.
