Using stats from TNE (including 'Putting the Heat Back into Plasma'
errata), at short range (180 metres) a FGMP-15 has a Penetration of 37,
and can thus can penetrate 18.5cm of RHA.

TNE/FF&S gives reinforced concrete a toughness of 0.4 vs RHA's 2, so the
FGMP-15 will penetrate five times as much, or 92.5cm of concrete.

Standard Imperial TL14 battledress has AV8. A VRF gauss gun has DV6 and
Pen 1-3-5, so it won't penetrate using TNE rules. *But* it will still do
blunt truama, and six points of that per hit is about the same as being
bashed with a club (without your suit of BD), and as it'll be landing
multiple hits, you might survive the VRF gun attack, but you'll be
feeling it for some time (and given TNE's rules for knockdown, etc.,
probably on the ground crawling to cover and not doing much that's useful).
As for the 105mm gun, using Twilight:2000 v2.2's stats (which use the
same combat system, damage scales, etc.) a 105mm APFSDS round has Pen
80/70/60/40, so will just go right through the battledress, the marine
inside, and*dice* of damage in the process.
So, don't get hit by tank guns.
