That's when you switch to the Vilani patent model: you can't prohibit or
limit the use, and there's a standard nominal fee (calculated as a
percentage of sales) that's paid to you or the estate, in perpetuity. If
your work built on some other IP, you have to pay that same fee to the
estate in perpetuity to the owner of the IP you used, and so on.
