Ah...so now we get into personal attacks.

I live in the area, I've been to the venue multiple times both for
pleasure and for business, and I'm fairly certain that what I talk about
is pretty accurate.

Again, don't like it, that's *your* problem and something that you're
persisting in making this some sort of personal vendetta and taking it
far beyond what is necessary or friendly.
