As I recall, Ithklur have about the same psionic potential as Humans.
Hivers have next to no psions and those with psionic potential are weak.
Normal Vargr are as Humans. Droyne and Chirpers, of course, are all
active psions. The rest, I don't know, but I seem to recall that neither
the Aslan nor the K'kree are very interested in psionics.
