(For those non-medicos out there, "PGY" is is usually used to designate number of years a pluritpotent junior doctor has been out of medical school, and is a rough guide to seniority.  But after PGY2 or PGY3, almost all doctors are on some sort of training program and, thus, their years on the training program determines seniority.)
