Oh! I forgot the case of converting internal space into cargo and/or fuel space.

Since neither cargo space nor standard fuel tankage costs anything to install (at least in CT), I figure the cost for this as follows:

Multiply whatever percentage of the total hull volume is involved in this conversion by the base cost of that hull if new, then divide this amount in half. As above, if the PCs want to keep the removed components, then the cost goes up to 120% of this amount.
