Hello Slice 812,

Universe is a program that generates a fairly detailed star system that allows the designer to add fluff.

I was able to use it on a Windows XP system, but I have not tried to run the program on Windows 7.

Thanks, Peter, for letting us all know the state of play for Universe 2.

 

The only question left is whether Universe 1 still available anywhere:

- Peter, do you still distribute it?

- Dom, does BITS still have copies for distribution (and if so, with the site down, how can people get a copy)?

 

Oh, and one more question I just thought of: will it still run today (on DOSbox, maybe??)
