This has nothing whatsoever to do with Traveller, no matter how tangentially, but I know that if the answer to my question lies anywhere, it lies in the combined knowledge of this group.

I am trying to find, somewhere in amongst my inadequately sorted (read: totally unsorted) and extensive (>>1000items) electronic library of RPG books, one specific file, which I can not remember the name of.

It's a generic RPG, but the interesting bit is that it claims to take you from zero prep to a complete setting plus characters in 15 - 30 minutes (it actually does a reasonable job of it, too).

Does anyone know what it's called?
