Hey!  Nothing wrong with Class E 'ports!  It's the Class X ones you need to worry about... like down Florida or Baikonur ways.  Why, they're so limited I hear it takes them nearly forty years to build a couple of new ships - and they're all chemical rockets too!

Well arguably Zila's class E star port *is* the local garbage dump. 

There's not a lot in the rules at a class E but TTA has multiple maintenance workers, a guard at the 'gate' (what? There's a fence?) and the presumption that some traffic goes through with a Tukera freighter, Oberlindes merchant at the very least.
