A quick question, is there any real difference between the first and second editions of the base Mongoose Traveller book? Have 1st edition, and I'm decluttering. Don't want to sell this one and buy a newer version if it isn't worth it.
Well the 2nd edition core book doesn't have Starship construction in it. And pretty much what is flawed with the 1st edition is still flawed, it is a prettier book. Character generation is cleaned up a bit. Oh if you found their handling of the Technical issues of Traveller problematic in the 1st edition, the 2nd is even worse than that.
