This is an attempt to satisfy a point of interest, aside from Gary Pilkington's Precipice Subsector (Disappearance on Aramat) and John M. Fords Pesek Subsector (Mentioned in the scenario Geria Transfer, published in JTAS10, but not to my knowledge published complete.) have there been any other subsectors published that are not tied to a specific sector?

I have vague memories of a magazine publishing one where they used names from well known science fiction stories for the systems. 1987 is the cut off date as the setting had more or less become 'fixed' by the release of MegaTraveller (The last orphaned world 'Indeep' created by John M. Ford was published just after the release of MegaTraveller in Challenge 32.)

What I am interested in is the subsector name and the source.
