an adventure I've also heard described as the least playable published Traveller adventure ever!  (Although I'm going to give it a fair shot assuming we get there in our run though of TTA.)

When I ran my college group through TTA, Exit Visa turned out to be rather anticlimatic. The players went along with it at first, even to taking notes about which office was reported to handle what part, in which order. But then - about halfway through the second game day - the unofficial party leader suddenly smacked his forehead and exclaimed, "Guys! We're being idiots! There's someone here who can shortcircuit all this s**t! All we've got to do is figure out what he wants!"

Puzzled, I asked, "Who do you mean?"

Leader: "Why, the Imperial Consul, of course! He's got to deal with stuff like this all the time. He'll have everybody we need to talk to on speed dial!"

And - other than playing through bribing the Consul - that was that.
