Oh, yes! As I recall, it was a very faithful re-engineering of the various Classic Traveller mechanics into a format that meshed fairly well with the d20 mechanics. I guess the main problem with T20 - at least for the group that I was running - is that it was similar enough to d20 that my players kept forgetting this was T20 and not d20. That is, the responses they had learned on a subconscious level as valid for the d20 tended to get them killed in T20. So after a few weeks of frustration, we all decided to simply use CT instead.
