Without checking, the only thing I can think of that hasn't been mentioned is the Netherall supplement and it's adventure The Beast of Karridan's Hollow.  Both from Terra/Sol Games (2011).  I rather like this setting with its fantasy style in an otherwise hightech galaxy.

Flynn's Guide to Magic (Samardan Press, 2009) presents generic rules for using magic which look very serviceable although I've not used them (yet).

Worlds Apart (Expeditious Retreat Press, 2013) is perhaps a fuller setting than FGtM and is rather interesting in that it retains subsector maps for its island hopping trading and Traveller style starship hulls for its sailing ships.

Don't forget that both editions of Supplement 1: 760 Patrons included some pretty fantasy oriented characters in their final chapters.

(OK,  I admit, curiosity got the better of me and I looked them up! )

Not sure what was meant by the T20 reference as I'm not aware of any formal Traveller fantasy books for T20 but I'm guessing what's meant is all the non-Traveller T20 material of which there is no doubt way more than I could imagine.

HTH (I've not checked journal articles as it's past bedtime...  none are leaping to mind)

Haven't closely investigated it, but it looks OK.

And http://www.ace-dog.com/Traveller/AldrethA4.pdf

Which I haven't looked at at all.

Are there any supplements for Traveller (especially Classic, or stuff vaguely compatible) that add rules for Fantasy stuff like that found in Dungeons and Dragons? I mean, there's psionics, but for some people, that's not quite magic enough!

For CT there was the Traveller section in the boxed set Thieves World.

Doc Grognard has his CT paste-up Called Adventurer, which can be found in the side bar of his blog.

Then ther is Flynn's Guide to Magic for MgT1
