One thing I often wondered - what constitutes a typical warship presence in a world in the Spinward Marches?

My assumptions about the world:

- is a member of the 3I,

- is not amber or red,

- has a spaceport class A or B,

- has a 5-digit population or above,

- no naval base.

What would one expect to see in orbit of such a place? A couple of discount SDBs? A local noble's private fleet of 6-12 ships? A few capital ships with a couple dozen escorts?
