Its a wonderful news.
Much of that restoration price tag will be due to the need to conform with a plethora of Government regulations not extant during construction. I expect the bridge and the entire electrical system will need to be replaced. Not sure the boilers can be used due to the emission standards requirements. Me thinks this would not be a two year job as proposed by Rodriguez. Hope is not a strategy :-)
