I admittedly am working from memory (can't lay my hands on my copy of
tFR), but I think you're adding information that wasn't actually in the
book - though I'm not saying that your information is wrong or
non-canonical for that Klingon society; I'm saying that I don't find it
in my memory of the particular book. Ford did write other Star Trek
books, and may have done for "Klingonaase" and its associated culture as
Marc Okrand did/does for tlhIngan-Hol and _its_ associated culture, and
provided more background information outside the formal books/movies/TV
episodes.
I do recall that there were several honorific prefixes for the line name
(tai, vestai, sutai, epetai, possibly a couple of others), and should
have additionally called that out in my original posting, as it was
quite relevant and to the point of the post.
