The Traveller 1248 Sourcebooks in hardcopy are quite rare. So far as I know, only Sourcebook #1 ("Out of the Darkness") and #2 ('Bearers of the Flame") made it to hardcopy. I picked up #2 when they came out, and only recently snagged #1 in a lot on eBay for a reasonable price, after watching for several years.

#3 ("Spinward States") and #4 ("Freedom Leagues") never made it to print (again, so far as I know), but were available (along with #1 and #2) as PDFs for purchase from ComLink before the license expired.

All four are currently available on from Far Future Enterprise (Marc Miller's publishing entity) on Traveller: The New Era CD-ROM #2 (http://farfuture.net/FFE-CDROMs.html).
