I ran another search on half price books just for Journal of the Travellers' Aid Society Issue 8 and Wayne's Books has a copy for sale described as fine/like new/crisp/glossy cover for $11.99. I've bought stuff from the seller and recommend the book store.

I think this may give you an idea of the price.

More than I paid for mine.... Some of mine I think I got for less than Cover price.... Isn't that what convention flea markets are for? They also show up at Half Price Books frequently.
