I'm afraid even a clever technical solution at this point won't help retrieve the one (at least) that was removed a little after publication. I assumed there was some problem with it for copyright reasons or some such.
The only way to collect everything was to save it on publication. Not much help I realize.
But It sounds as if Joshua has heard good news that might help. I wonder if that will include the 'missing' one(s)?
