For what it's worth, I don't think it was sent from Jo's computer.  Looking at the headers, it claims to have been sent by Microsoft Outlook 15.0. Looking at one of Jo's posts from a while ago, it's from Mailman Version 2.1.12. There's other differences that make it seem likely that some spammer is spoofing being Jo.

Not necessarily.  Similar messages have been cropping up in multiple
mailing lists to which I'm subbed.  All it needs is access to somebody's
(usually online) email address book.  Yahoo, google, aol & hotmail
accounts are all prime targets for attacks - because there's so many of
them.

Too many ppl using far too easy to guess passwords, or falling for
phishing attempts.   :-(
