Glad to be of help, my experience with a number of
different games besides Traveller that have design
sequences for vehicles shows that most of them lump
the subassemblies for tracks, wheels, or other similar
systems into one modifier.
I always like to get my equipment at reduced costs,
more bang for the credit.

Tonight I'm battling with the Animals book... something I've never found straightforward for all that I want to love it. The rules section doesn't seem to connect up properly, the finished tables don't quite connect with the rules as you've worked through them (info you've generated then has no place). Sometimes I just want to scream at it..... but I do like to get it right. Or at least as right as I can.
