It's alright. I was stupid and the repairs are covered. I just wish someone other than the local "geeks" were handling it. They aren't the sharpest tools in the box.


I was going to say that but figured it would be more polite not to...the only person I have ever known to be satisfied with Geek Squad was gf...and in those cases there really wasn't much to troubleshoot - it was a straight up parts swap.
