In Deathworld he did EXACTLY that, but through PHYSICAL WIRING at age seven I think. DinAlt had to be retrained in a kindergarten.

I have no idea why you want to bring this book series into the discussion, except possibly for its distraction value.

dinAlt is not a Dorsai, nor is he from any other "fully-militarized society."

No mention is made of physical brain wiring or kindergarten re-training, only those "erratic psionic abilities."
