YThis isn't the defense industry.

In *common* usage, "wired for" has a different meaning. And that's
what people read it as.

No, you have to consider your audience. Using terms that mean
something different to *you* than they do to the average person will
get you into the exact sort of trouble you got into.

It's not "talmudic" to expect terms to have their *normal* meaning
iunless otherwise labelled.

Actually it is immaterial to me now. I ahve already made a decision that I will not help the US DoD evenif they were to come to me for a range of factors external to the design issues.
