Reddington (James Spader) and Agent Keene are stranded mid-ocean on an oil platform that's being used as a supermax prison, but which has been taken over by an elite team of cold-blooded mercenaries, led by Luther Braxton (Ron Perlman).

Keene: "How are we going to stop Braxton? He has an entire team."
Reddington: "Well, sadly there isn't a prison on Earth where I don't know a few guys."

[After Reddington assembles three such guys, they come up with The Desperate Plan - during which Reddington casually picks up a pistol and chambers a round - and then Reddington assigns everyone except one guy their parts . . .]

Left-Out Guy: "What about me? What's my job?"
Reddington, in a very casual voice: "You don't have a job. You're here because of what you and your cartel did to Felix Morales and my people in Renosa."
BLAM!!
Reddington, still casual, as he tucks the pistol away: "Okay. Shall we go to work?"

PRICELESS!!!
