I had just done that when I got your reply.  First, actually, I looked up "Chesty Puller" and my second search pulled up a MOH winner Wesley Fox. Either would serve as a good model for Jonson save for the fact that short cropped blonde hair and blue eyes has been what I've imagined for Jonson for quite a while.
