greater.  (And IMO most of those are too low)



I guess it does fit in with things like the Dumarest books where they often seemed to be waiting for a very rare ship to arrive.  And indeed, much later work such as Embassytown by China Mieville where the same thing is going on. 

It is how I imagined Traveller somewhat in the earliest days, but not quite how I picture it since the Third Imperium setting really took hold.

I think, for my purposes, I just won't mention it and leave it for the Referee's judgement at the time.  But many thanks for the all the thoughts on the subject.
