Do you have the remotest clue as to what a neutron star is?  It is an object the mass of a normal star.  Even if it doesn't hit anything as it passes through the Solar System it will only alter the orbits of the various bodies.  It may even cause some planets to be ejected from the system entirely.


So a star is going to pass through the system and nothing bad will happen with the system's primary?
