I'd started by looking for every difference, so this starts out a bit excessively and possibly not very usefully - and I'm still not guaranteeing it's complete, but it gives you a flavour of what was changed, or not in the cases of some errors that didn't get corrected <sigh>.  Towards the end of Bodysnatchers and then in Homecoming I just started looking for substantive differences.  

Basically if you can't be bothered with all that there are three differences to the end of chapter 3:

Just to be clear.  I've compared the freebie individual chapter files (which I think I got from Mongoose pages not DriveThru but not sure) with the printed book.  I've not compared with the electronic version which I expect would be the same as the book but I've not looked.  (Actually, I've just had a quick look and the Star Hunter and Alahir deck plans (and stats of the latter) *are* back in the PDF version of the complete book).

Hope this helps - thus far the PDFs are actually more complete than the print!
