This Dhe analysis does offer up a really weird combo: Sekhoma (from the August 2013 issue) also uses 1-6, twice in a suit, and 6 suits. For a simple Dhekhoma combo, one suit is used in place of dice, or a competitive version of player vs dealer: each gets three face down cards, swap a face down for a new face up card after betting, goal is a pair of higher numbers after two rounds of betting (so you always have one face down card and there are two undealt cards). Another variant has one card dealt and swapped, and a 3 card river, match from hand and river.

Then there’s poker style, with the full sekhoma deck, goal is more pairs than anyone else, ties and positions (for ranked payout games) are matched suit beats cross-suit, higher number in suit beats lower number in suit.
