Just in case you're unlikely to see this new material, you may be interested to know that Frontier Explorer (PWYW on DriveThru - covers Star Frontiers) has (sort of) branched out and its last two issues have included specifically Traveller material.

The latest one has a five page 'beginner' adventure: The Hepplewhite Disaster involving an upside down crashed Scout ship
and #26 has an 'introduction to Traveller' looking at the character service branches

#26 also has an example of character generation in an article, also by Richard Rose, called Chargen!

Here are the three entries from The Traveller Periodical Bibliography work in progress, now I'm actually checking:

Introduction to Traveller: Character Service Branches

Richard Rose.  Frontier Explorer 26, Fall 2019, pp.7-9.

3 pages, large format, print & PDF.  Ill.

· A run down of classic Traveller’s history and character generation options with a note on Jack of Trades skill.  The same issue contained an example of character generation in Chargen!

Chargen!

Richard Rose.  Frontier Explorer 26, Fall 2019, pp.13-14.

2 pages, large format, print & PDF .  Ill.

· Details, description and colour deck plans for a 150-ton Merchant/Courier.

· Details and colour illustrations for a seven term scout 8A9687 and six term merchant 89898A.

The ship is a heavily modified Scout/Courier.  The same issue contained a look at classic Traveller character generation career options in Introduction to Traveller: Character Service Branches.

The Hepplewhite Disaster

Richard Rose.  Frontier Explorer 27, Winter 2020, pp.23-27.

5 pages, large format, print & PDF.  Map, diag., ill.

· Description and colour deck plans of a 100-ton Scout ship.

· Class B starport plan (Oasis) and local area map.

Describing itself as a “beginning adventure” this is designed for 1-3 plaers exploring a crashed, and inverted, Scout ship.
