Like Kurt, I have never played a chemist. I have played a physicist so correct me where I've misunderstood.
In MT bombs use fissile materials till TL 11-12 then switch to magic tech. Gravity drives or some other magic non explody tech comes into play around the same TL.
Should the price of nukes drop after this TL?

Mainly because the primitive screwheads who wrote CT (indeed all of traveller...in TL 15 terms we're ALL 'primitive screwheads') are used to 'magazine hit' == 'bad things go boom'. instead of what it actually is which is 'uh oh! there went our offensive capability by N% where N = 1/number of magazines', which is kind of hard to fit on those tables :-)
